WS APP TEST
The Workspace Program is open to emerging artists who live and work in New York State. Artists from all disciplinary and cultural backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Applications will not be accepted from students enrolled in undergraduate or graduate degree programs during the program year (July 1 – June 30). Applicants must be New York State residents and must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents of the U.S. No prior paper making experience is required. Applications are only accepted via our online application; please do not mail or e-mail application materials.
Applicants will be asked to submit ten JPGs suitable for projection, a CV or resume, and to answer a few questions regarding their working process and how a residency at Dieu Donné might further their artistic practice.
CV / Resume
Please email your current CV or Resume in MS Word or PDF format only, not to exceed 1MB. File name should use the following format: LastName_FirstName.doc or LastName_FirstName.pdf
You may submit up to 10 jpegs. Images must be at 72dpi, in RGB mode with maximum dimensions at 1200 x 800 pixels, not to exceed 1MB each.
File names must be named and numbered sequentially beginning with 01 up to 10, and should follow this format exactly: LastName_FirstName_01.jpg
A. Use underscores (_) and two digit numbers. Do not use spaces.
B. Ensure your surname is listed first.
C. Do not include any additional information, such as work titles, in the file name.
Any submissions that do not follow these format conventions will be disregarded.
CDs, slides, and other formats sent via post or e-mail will not be accepted.
